The annual Boston Calling music festival kicks off tomorrow, May 27 and rocks through the weekend until Disclosure closes out the festival Sunday night.
Below, 45s and 40s has your guide to claiming your spot and catching the best acts.
Sia, the Australian singer best known for her hit “Chandelier,” will close out the first night on the JetBlue Stage. Her set is scheduled for 9:45 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, both featuring a slew of action. Palehound, a local band, will kick off the music on Saturday at 12:55 p.m on the Xfinity Red Stage.
On Sunday, Michael Christmas, another local act, kicks off the last day of the festival on the Xfinity Stage. The day features The Front Bottoms, at 4:50 p.m. on the JetBlue Stage, and Elle King, at 5:45 p.m. on the Xfinity Stage, before Disclosure closes out the day and festival at 9:20 pm. on the JetBlue Stage.
For the first time the festival will feature three stages with the addition of the Verizon Stage, which is located slightly away from the two main stages. This stage will feature comedic acts and local music.
