Wattz Cam Bells cruise into ‘Swervin’ remix

A little more than nine months after the release of the original, Cam Bells‘ “Swervin'” gets the Wattz remix treatment.

Fresh off of the release of his own project, Don’t Fall In Love It’s A Trap, Wattz wasted no time releasing his remix to Cam Bells’ track “Swervin’.” Wattz has been steadily working the last couple of months, from spinning live to releasing other mixes. Almost every month this past year, Wattz has released a remix or two.

Earlier this month, he dropped a remix to Bad Bunny and Ricky Martin’s “Soy Feliz,” in December he gave us a remix to The Chainsmokers, XXXTENTACION and 6lack. Back in August, Wattz and  where’s nasty dropped an afro remix to Romeo Santos’ “Imitadora.” No surprise here that he remixed the song and did right by it.

Also, can I take a second to talk about the audio waveform for the track? It might be the first time I have seen one look like almost symmetrical.

Cam Bells

It’s been about two years since we last had a full-blown Bells project, but if you’ve learned anything from his previous releases, the wait is never an issue. 

Bells is gearing up for the release of his newest project CBPVD and has been for almost the last year whether or not you have been paying attention. The latest release being this new Wattz remix. About nine months after the release of the original track, Cam Bells links with Wattz. 

It’s possible I’m biased, but the fusion of sounds on this track is dope. I’m a huge fan of Soulection and the music you get with Sango, which fuses R&B with Brazilian style funk. Wattz makes the track bounce on a new level and I’m with it.
