Could April 7 be the release of a new Kendrick Lamar album?
After having posted an image of a roman numeral depicting the number 4, Kendrick Lamar has released a new single, “The Heart Part 4.”
Known for releasing compelling singles prior to the release of a new record, Top Dawg Entertainment’s Kendrick Lamar announced tonight the release of a new song. In the song, Lamar mentions that, presumably, fans have until April 7 to “get your shit together.”

The song is currently available on Apple Music and will more than likely be available on all other platforms tomorrow as Friday serves as a day for new music releases. If the single isn’t a prelude to an album or mixtape, it could be just a standalone release as he did with “The Jig Is Up” when he released good kid, m.A.A.d. City. We will update with more news as it becomes available.
