Coming off the success of their previous collaborative effort, Drake and Future have announced a summer tour.
With successes such as Dirty Sprite 2, 56 Nights and Purple Reign behind him, Nayvadius DeMun “Future” Wilburn is set to take his talents on the road to perform with friend and musical-partner Aubrey “Drake” Graham. It was only a matter of time before the tour would be announced as Drake is set to release his forthcoming album this Friday, April 29.
The 32-date tour begins July 20 in Texas and ends September 20 in Vancouver, Canada. It features October’s Very Own (OVO) artists Roy Wood$ and dvsn, among other unannounced special guests. Wood$’ last project came in 2015 when he released Exis. dvsn, on the other hand, released Sept. 5th in March of this year. Earlier this week Future alluded to something being announced with a couple of auspicious tweets.

Drake and Future collaborated last on their September release, What A Time to be Alive–an album that was allegedly recorded in six days. This wasn’t the first instance of the two making music together as Drake has been featured on nearly every Future album, dating back to his first studio album release, Pluto, in 2012.

Drake recently unveiled the cover for Views From the 6, which features him sitting atop Toronto’s CN Tower. It was originally a mystery whether or not the photo was taken through post-processing methods or if it were a regular picture–the high-resolution version of it is available by clicking the cover.
The official CN Tower Twitter handle confirmed the mystery as being nothing more than the result of post-processing.
