On the eve of the release of his new album Genesis, Domo Genesis took to Twitter to drop the video for the first single he released a couple of weeks back, “Dapper.”

Reminiscent of the 1991 De La Soul hit “A Roller Skating Jam Named ‘Saturdays,'” the video features Genesis along with other members of Odd Future Wolf Gang (OFWGKTA) and featured artist anderson .paak. Similar to the De La Soul song, the video features Genesis, along with the others, roller skating at an indoor rink. The video has the feel of a 1970s-style disco, with the grainy standard definition quality and the notorious light leaks due to the camera quality of the time. The neon signs add to the feel and in combination with the feel of the song, it blends together beautifully.
