Tyler, The Creator releases video for ‘435’

Tyler, the Creator has been releasing a couple of singles lately following the release of his fourth studio album, Flowerboy.

The newest of the songs is “435,” a short track, coming in at a quick minute and 32 seconds. The video was posted on YouTube this past Monday with the caption “a random song laying around from the flower boy tour in feb.”

The video was directed by Luis “Panch” Perez, and starts off with Tyler in a recording studio and watering a few flowers on a table, and then, he starts rapping. The visuals are accompanied with lyrics at the bottom of the video, which lets the viewer read along to Tyler’s rap. The song has the style of a freestyle rap, and the video simply encompasses the intensity in Tyler’s flow. The song has a classic Tyler beat along with a chill rap style. A nice summer jam for a car ride.

Prior to “435,” Tyler released “OKRA” back in March and released a rough draft of a song called “ROSE TINTED CHEEKS,” and seems to be teasing his fans with the idea that he may be releasing a new project. After canceling his South American tour dates in March, Tyler wrote “I will be there at some point tho, sorry, I know y’all was really really looking forward to it, but, uhhh…. yeah, sometimes a duck isn’t a jean jacket… I’ll be out there one day.”

Maybe these releases are his way of repaying them with new music?
